Our promise

If a coffee is not right for you, tell us. We would rather help you find one you love than keep a sale you regret.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened coffee and tea

Because coffee and tea are consumable, we cannot resell opened bags. If something arrived stale, damaged or simply is not what you expected, get in touch within 30 days and we will offer a replacement or a store credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and what went wrong. We will send return instructions and a label where applicable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
