Processing time

Because we roast to order, orders are roasted and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday are roasted the following Monday.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-6 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are shown at checkout with live carrier rates.

Free shipping

Orders over the free shipping threshold shown in our announcement bar ship free within the contiguous United States.

Packaging

Coffee ships in one-way valve bags that let carbon dioxide escape without letting oxygen in, so your beans keep degassing safely in transit. Tea ships in resealable pouches.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the roastery.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us and we will make it right.
