Every coffee in this collection is roasted to order and ground to your chosen brew method at the moment we pack it. Choose whole bean if you grind at home, or let us grind coarse for cold brew and French press, standard for drip and pour over, or fine for espresso.

How should I store my coffee?
Airtight, at room temperature, away from light and heat. Don't refrigerate — condensation dulls the flavour. Grind just before you brew wherever you can.
How long does coffee stay fresh?
Whole bean is at its best within four to six weeks of the roast date. Ground coffee is best within two weeks once opened.
